Since the grand opening of AVI Studio in April, we’ve organized a food bank collection box where people can drop off any non-perishable items. These donations are then delivered to our local food bank, the Bloor West Food Bank. But we didn’t want to stop there in the fight against hunger.
In case you didn’t know, at AVI, we commit a portion of our profits from every project to a charitable cause. Over the past four months, we’ve directed this support to Feed Ontario, and by the end of August, we had proudly provided about 275 meals for people in need.
We couldn’t have done this without the incredible clients and partners who’ve worked with us so far. Every project, big or small, has contributed to making a real difference, and for that, we’re incredibly thankful.
We know that 275 meals may not seem like a huge number, but it's a start—and we're committed to doing even more. As we continue to grow, so will our ability to make an even bigger impact. Our goal is to give back on a larger scale, and we’re excited to take that journey alongside all of you. So what’s next? From now until the end of the year, we’re directing our donations to Second Harvest.
Second Harvest is a nonprofit organization that focuses on food rescue and distribution to help fight hunger. They collect and distribute surplus food from grocery stores, farmers, and other sources to communities in need.
